Our Process
Way Out West, Inc. believes in the practices of Kaizen, the philosophy of continuous improvement. WOW staff makes a daily effort to incrementally improve processes and services which ultimately yields a quality product for you at a competitive price, on or before your requested delivery date. In order for WOW to make the best product for you, we have created a step by step process to help aid in the design, development and manufacture of your product.

Online Questionaire |

Please fill out the online questionaire outlining your product, timeline and quantities. Please include photos and website links to your product if available. Our qualified staff will promptly review your Product Line and determine if we have the proper equipment and time available for your products.
If our staff identifies that it is within our capabilities, we will contact you for a product consultation and determine which stage your project is at.

Preproduction |

A purchase order must be submitted based upon cost and minimum quantity per WOW Quote.
WOW or customer will purchase materials per WOW Quote.

STEP 4 |
|
Manufacturing |
|
|
Once Way Out West has the Purchase Order and payment per Terms in WOW Quote, a Lean production line will be formed to manufacture your product and a total production timeframe will be estimated
Product will be built to specifications determined in the Production Prototype run.
Product will be packaged according to WOW Quote.
Product will be shipped FOB Gardena, CA.
